📋 Description

• Proactively monitor all production networks, applications, and services • Respond to and resolve alerts and alarms according to standard operating procedures • Track all issues in a ticketing system • Escalate alerts and issues to the appropriate Support team and work with them toward timely resolution • Analyze alerts, determine root causes, and perform network or software troubleshooting • Manage incident response and coordinate with site technicians, third-party vendors, and other IT teams • Monitor networks and servers for hardware, software, or environmental malfunctions

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of similar experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Excellent monitoring and troubleshooting skills • Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and networks • Working knowledge of issue and ticket tracking systems • Good level of English – B2 or higher • Ability to verbally explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Experience participating in high-priority incident bridge calls and writing post-mortem reports • Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation, or AWS/Azure Fundamentals
