📋 Description

• Conduct regular monitoring (monthly/quarterly) of the status of investment funds and portfolio companies • Identify synergies between the portfolio and the client's strategic priorities • Participate in administrative support activities for fund operations (payments, capital calls, etc.) • Support execution of structuring activities for CVC • Design processes and routines for fund management operations • Document and consolidate information on status, challenges and opportunities in management dashboards • Facilitate agile ceremonies (kick-offs, reviews, retrospectives) adapted to the startup-corporate collaboration context • Prepare executive presentations on various topics • Develop methodologies and tools to support innovation management activities within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in portfolio management / corporate venture capital (CVC) • Advanced or fluent English • Analytical ability to interpret business metrics and make data-driven decisions • Ability to lead workshops and interactive sessions with the CVC team and business units • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering or related fields) • Experience in innovation and corporate venture capital (understanding of investment dynamics, fund management and CVC operations) • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem (knowledge of players, programs and incentive mechanisms) • Experience managing and operating CVC funds within large organizations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (working with multiple stakeholders) • Knowledge of technology and startup scouting
