📋 Description

• Participate in the management and execution of open innovation projects, particularly CPSI – Public Contract for Innovative Solution • Facilitate ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile practices • Organize and track action plans, timelines, and contractually agreed deliverables • Develop methodologies and tools to support innovation management activities • Support analysis of results and lessons learned, consolidating information for technical and management reports • Analyze data, studies, and reports to extract actionable insights • Keep records and progress indicators up to date in digital tracking tools • Promote integration between internal and external teams and support stakeholder management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Experience managing open innovation projects, including running experiments, tests, and proofs of concept • Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and Lean • Advanced or fluent English
