📋 Description

• Plan, prospect, and manage sales in accordance with the company's policies and needs • Conduct client and partner visits • Close deals daily with the goal of exceeding budgeted targets • Identify actions to stimulate sales within assigned portfolios • Monitor the insurance quotation cycle through to closing • Analyze control reports covering the entire sales process • Promote commercial initiatives to enable business growth • Maintain focus on sales growth indicators and on delivering results by portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Valid driver's license (Category B) • Availability for frequent travel • Remote work, reporting to the Ponta Grossa/PR office • Knowledge of insurance products is a plus
