📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, and other planning metrics • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions • Perform root cause analysis on forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues • Analyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and key business drivers • Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity • Support monthly Demand Review and business review processes through data-driven recommendations and performance reporting • Partner with planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, technology stakeholders, and external stakeholders • Contribute to planning transformations, new capability deployments, process improvements, testing activities, and business adoption efforts • Document reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, governance standards, and analytical processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline • Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field • Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools • Knowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Demand Planning • Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Demand Review processes • Experience with SQL and advanced data querying techniques • Familiarity with forecasting performance metrics, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add • Experience within global, matrixed organizations supporting cross-functional stakeholders • Experience supporting OTC Scent & Taste and/or PWB business processes • Knowledge of MyBIS reporting environments, analytics solutions, and planning data structures
