📋 Description

• Build and structure Mellro’s Data & Analytics function, defining processes, priorities, and governance • Integrate data from the platform, Admin, CRM, customer support, finance, and other systems • Create a single, reliable source of truth for the company’s key metrics • Standardize concepts, metrics, and business rules • Develop and automate commercial, operational, financial, and executive dashboards • Monitor the complete funnel: leads, registrations, properties, analyses, contracts, retention, delinquency, and payments • Identify discrepancies, integration failures, and data quality issues • Create forecasts and alerts for target deviations, conversion declines, and financial risks • Support the COO and leadership team in decision-making and action-plan development • Work with Product and Technology to ensure data traceability and quality • Prioritize the function’s demands and lead its technical evolution • Lead and execute hands-on activities • Turn analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and support business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or building Data, BI, or Analytics functions • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling • Experience with BI tools and dashboard development • Experience working with commercial, financial, and operational data • Knowledge of funnel, conversion, retention, cohort, delinquency, and forecasting metrics • Knowledge of Python or another language for analysis and automation • Ability to investigate inconsistencies and ensure data quality • Experience documenting metrics and defining business rules • English (Level 2) • Portuguese (Level 6) • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, postgraduate qualification, or technical education • Independent contractor engagement model
