📋 Description

• Join Ultimo as a vital Business Development Representative and play a critical role in driving outbound and prospecting, and lead development for our top-of-the-line SaaS solution for asset management in businesses. • As an integral part of our team, you will have the exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of colleagues who provide comprehensive internal training and guidance to ensure your success. • Take this as the next step in your IT-Sales career. • What is your role at Ultimo? As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in outbound & inbound prospecting, and lead development for IFS-Ultimo. • We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of finance and/or back-office applications to help engage prospects and identify customer needs. • You will be responsible for establishing IFS-Ultimo as a potential solution and developing cold accounts into warm and targeted accounts through various channels of engagement. • Responsibilities Use various channels like calling, email, and social media to engage prospects and qualify them as valid sales opportunities. • Engage in conversations of value given the research and understanding of the prospect and IFS Ultimo. • Develop cold accounts into warm and targeted accounts through various efforts to provide value while aggressively targeting accounts within specific industries that IFS Ultimo has identified. • Regularly communicate with sales representatives to review assigned accounts and make necessary adjustments. • Work alongside Account Executives to set meetings and penetrate targeted accounts. • Maintain relationships with an assigned group of target accounts and develop value in working with IFS-Ultimo. • Understand the functional competitive advantages of the IFS-Ultimo solution set and customize messaging to gain traction in accounts. • Work through ‘Gatekeepers’ to gain access to the relevant person/s in the prospective organization hierarchy while understanding where the decision makers are located. • Work with pre-sales and marketing teams to develop the territory and identify high quality opportunities. • Help Marketing implement account-based marketing campaigns based on account plans built in conjunction with sales, pre-sales, and marketing. • Keep accurate electronic records of calls and contacts and update prospect status within the contact management application. • What We Practically Offer • A permanent contract for a full-time position (40 hours). • Salary aligned with your level of expertise and market standard + 8% holiday allowance. • An attractive mobility budget. • 25 vacation days with the option to purchase 5 additional days. • Good pension scheme (50/50). • Incentive scheme. • Fixed net monthly telephone, home office, and internet allowance. • Laptop plus everything you need for a good (home) workplace. • Annual volunteer day, allowing you to take one paid day off per year to participate in voluntary work. • Read a detailed overview of our compensations & benefits on our career page. • Qualifications • A minimum of 1+ years of proven software telemarketing, business development, inside sales, or software sales experience. • Ability to ask open-ended questions to uncover needs, learn more about the prospect, and better qualify. • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. • Highly coachable, willing to learn. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific emphasis on telephone skills. • Must be fluent in both Dutch and English languages. • Experience with contact management applications, such as SalesLoft or Outreach.
