📋 Description

• Lead, with support from the Heads of Design, the product design pillar within a squad, from conception through large-scale evolution • Strengthen the partnership with the Product Owner, develop a deep understanding of the business, and translate the product vision into digital experiences • Contribute strategically to the roadmap and product evolution decisions based on metrics, research insights, and a long-term vision • Promote a people-centered design culture and contribute to the team’s growth • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team embedded within one of Latin America’s largest construction companies • Create digital products that solve complex problems and transform the relationship between businesses and consumers

🎯 Requirements

• Independently conduct investigations and discovery processes in partnership with Product and Technology • Translate complex contexts and problems into simple, elegant journeys, flows, and experiences • Lead ideation sessions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and hypothesis prioritization processes • Create interfaces with outstanding visual and functional quality, ensuring adherence to the design system and its continuous evolution • Establish best practices and collaboration routines with developers to ensure high-quality delivery • Evaluate and propose continuous improvements based on data, research, and usability metrics • Have a strong command of Web and Mobile interaction patterns and specificities • Serve as a technical and strategic reference for other designers and stakeholders • Experience working on complex projects • Strategic thinking and excellence in execution • Comfortable collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines • Strong communication skills and adaptability when dealing with ambiguous or constantly changing contexts • Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Maze, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Claude Code, and Copilot
