📋 Description

• Lead, with support from the Heads, the product design pillar within a squad, ensuring the creation of valuable, simple, and impactful products from conception through scalable evolution • Strengthen the partnership with the Product Owner, develop a deep understanding of the business, and translate the product vision into inspiring digital experiences • Contribute strategically to the roadmap and product evolution decisions based on metrics, research insights, and a long-term vision • Foster a people-centered design culture by promoting best practices and contributing to the team’s growth • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team embedded at one of Latin America’s largest construction companies • Create critical digital products for company and consumer websites, platforms, and applications

🎯 Requirements

• Independently conduct research and discovery processes in partnership with Product and Technology • Translate complex contexts and problems into simple, elegant journeys, flows, and experiences • Lead ideation sessions, stakeholder alignment, and hypothesis prioritization processes • Create interfaces with visual and functional excellence, ensuring adherence to the design system and its continuous evolution • Establish best practices and collaboration routines with developers to ensure high-quality delivery • Evaluate and propose continuous improvements based on data, research, and usability metrics • Demonstrate strong command of Web and Mobile interaction patterns and specificities • Serve as a technical and strategic reference for other designers and stakeholders • Experience working on complex projects • Strategic thinking and excellence in execution • Comfortable collaborating with diverse profiles, with strong communication skills and the adaptability to navigate ambiguous or constantly changing contexts • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, Maze, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Claude Code, and Copilot
