📋 Description

• Develop backend applications in a cloud environment based on .NET • Design and build robust software architectures • Contribute a second area of strength in either frontend development or Infrastructure/CloudOps • Apply Agentic Coding deliberately and methodically to build better software • Ensure application quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests • Identify improvement opportunities and constructively question existing solutions • Take technical ownership and document technical decisions transparently • Collaborate with clients and the team • Develop custom software solutions and optimize clients' business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of C# • Independent development of backend applications in a cloud environment using .NET • Strong focus on sustainable software architecture • Additional strength in either frontend (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular) or Infrastructure/CloudOps (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, or CI/CD) • Experience with Agentic Coding and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • Methodical use of context and rules files as well as plan- or spec-driven workflows • Critical review of AI-generated code changes • Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing • Willingness to identify improvements and both give and accept feedback • Willingness to take responsibility and document technical decisions transparently • Strong communication and teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with clients • Very good German language skills (at least C1) • Good English skills • Openness to new technologies
