📋 Description

• Analyze specifications and design new templates, features and modules for the customer communication management platform • Develop application enhancements in collaboration with the Product Manager and Product Owners, using Agile methods or traditional specifications • Perform unit and continuous integration tests to ensure code quality, stability and performance • Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance for existing components of the document composition platform • Handle level 2 and 3 production support for document processing, ensuring compliance with defined service levels • Participate in the resolution of incidents and technical issues encountered by end users • Document all analysis, design, implementation and validation work • Contribute to development effort estimation and continuous process improvement • Collaborate with development teams, functional and technical BAs, and support teams • Maintain active technological watch and contribute to the evolution of development methods, tools and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (university or applied sciences) • Minimum 3 years of experience in document composition (éditique) or omnichannel CCM development • Independent, methodical, proactive and a strong communicator • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across multiple teams • Core (must-have) skills: Java EE; JavaScript & REST; Linux / shell scripting / Python; HTML5; XML; SQL (Oracle); CCM/document composition and industrial document template design; Omnichannel (print & digital); Application maintenance and support (Level 2/Level 3) • Nice-to-have: KW Software Série M suite or DocBridge (Compart); Scrum Master certification
