📋 Description

• Work alongside experienced Area Managers, joining customer visits and supporting the management and development of assigned accounts • Build technical and commercial knowledge of IMI Industrial Automation solutions, applications and value propositions • Understand customer processes, technical needs and business priorities through active listening and structured discovery • Progressively take ownership of customer relationships, commercial activities and opportunities within the assigned area • Maintain customer, activity, opportunity and pipeline information in Salesforce CRM (SFDC) • Support and assume responsibility for forecasting activities with Area Managers • Prepare account plans, visit reports, opportunity updates and risk summaries with clear actions, owners and dates • Progress opportunities, coordinate follow-up actions and escalate hurdles early • Collaborate with Application Engineering, Customer Experience and Operations to develop solutions and fulfill customer commitments

🎯 Requirements

• First sales experience • Active Listening & Empathy • Technical Curiosity & Learning Agility • Experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, electromechanics or control systems • Fluent Italian • Very good English • Work permit for Italy
