📋 Description

• The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and supporting the integrity of IMS’ accounting operations. • Key contributor to the monthly close process and responsible for journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintaining general ledger accuracy. • Partners closely with Accounts Payable and cross functional teams, supports audits, and contributes to process improvements and integration efforts related to acquired entities. • Detail focused, deadline driven, and takes ownership of accounting processes from start to finish. • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicating effectively across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience • Experience in a law firm or consulting environment is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Experience with Intacct or similar accounting systems preferred • Strong working knowledge of GAAP • CPA or progress towards a CPA is preferred but not required
