• Manage and organize categories, products, and banners within the marketplace • Configure promotional campaigns • Perform operational pre-launch validations for campaigns and promotions • Support management of the personalized and integrated products store, keeping the catalog up to date • Assist with automation and implementation of new processes • Monitor partner redemptions, ensuring correct order processing • Open, monitor, and follow up on error incidents with technology and partners until resolution • Act on operational after-sales together with internal teams and partners • Interface with the support team to monitor tickets • Support card operations in related incidents and requests • Maintain active relationships with partners and suppliers to accelerate issue resolution • Interface with partners' commercial teams to align on requests • Support negotiations for additional product quotes for clients • Ensure partners meet operational commitments within SLAs • Monitor operational and strategic KPIs for the area • Analyze engagement and campaign performance data • Gather information for strategic reporting analysis • Organize and prioritize the area's operational requests with autonomy
• Intermediate to advanced Excel / Google Sheets • Ability to read and interpret engagement data • Extraction and interpretation of operational reports • Monitoring SLAs and operational deadlines • Management of tracking and control spreadsheets • Incident management and follow-up with partners • Analysis of sales and after-sales metrics • Basic knowledge of marketplace or e-commerce management • Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools (a plus) • Task organization and management of multiple demands • Ability to structure monitoring reports • Ability to follow and document processes • Comfortable with campaign management platforms • Knowledge of incentive and loyalty campaigns • Knowledge of product catalogs and categorization • Quick learner with new systems and platforms • Understanding of profitability and margin in commercial operations
