• Manages office budget and daily operations to high standards. • Processes office invoices, resolves queries, and collaborates with Global finance. • Advises LOB and local Leadership on critical office matters. • Ensures clear adherence to office 'social rules' with minimal signage. • Champions firm culture and drives sustainability initiatives. • Builds strong vendor relationships, manages contracts, and ensures budget compliance. • Oversees office administrative staff, ensuring policy adherence and support. • Responsible for site security protocols, passes, and compliance. • Coordinates with LOB on office space utilization and conducts desk assessments. • Manages tenant/landlord relations in conjunction with Corporate Real Estate. • Oversees building management and maintenance, addressing issues promptly. • Manages stock inventories and ensures effective waste management. • Coordinates office equipment and furniture replacement with Purchasing and Real Estate. • Handles business card arrangements and branded goods orders via vendor portal. • Ensures health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives align with corporate standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Hospitality, Operations, Office/Facilities Management, office operations with 5-8 years of experience or the equivalent. • Previous experience in a Global Firm required. • Ability to interpret complex or unique interpersonal relationships. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent leadership skills necessary for effective management.
