• Support functional requirements gathering, documentation, and testing of Salesforce solutions • Initial functional configuration (Profiles, Permission Sets, Page Layouts) • Testing: functional testing and UAT support • Assist in workshops with the end client
• 2–3 years of experience on Salesforce projects • Basic knowledge of Industries CPQ/CLM and OmniStudio • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator + Industries CPQ Specialist (in progress) • Technical English • Portuguese (BR): Native; English or Spanish: conversational level is a plus
