• Manage incidents, problems, business support, development, enhancements and configurations for the client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 (Data Cloud) solutions. • Ensure monitoring, integrity and availability of systems that support operations. • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in incident and problem management. • Implement, manage and maintain provisioning, configuration and automation processes. • Analyze application issues. • Develop fixes and evolutions (corrective and evolutionary maintenance).
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years proven experience in 1st and 2nd line application support roles, customer-oriented, in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification (preferred). • Knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud). • Certified Data 360 (Data Cloud) Consultant certification (preferred).
