📋 Description

• Provide Level 3 technical support for SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions • Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises infrastructure, including patching, upgrades, and health monitoring • Analyse and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to performance, configuration, and availability of SharePoint farm • Support and provide tenant-level administration for Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, MS planner, and MS forms • Support security, compliance, and governance requirements related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 workloads • Resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and support troubleshooting activities • Support SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration support, as needed • Collaborate with the Product Owner, Product Architect, Scrum Master, and Scrum Team to deliver stable and scalable solutions • Interact with infrastructure, security, identity, and networking teams to resolve cross-platform issues • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience supporting SharePoint On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions • Hands-on experience maintaining SharePoint On-Premises infrastructure, including patching and lifecycle management • Expertise in administration of SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 workloads • Experience with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation • Understanding of MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including authentication, authorization, Graph API, app registrations, and conditional access • Understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance concepts, including permissions, access control, and data governance • Familiarity with IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework • Nice to have: SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online migration experience and familiarity with SPMT and ShareGate • Nice to have: Power Platform experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Nice to have: SharePoint Online and SPFx development using TypeScript and React • Nice to have: Experience with Prometheus, SPDockit, and AdminDroid • Nice to have: Relevant Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 • Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working within a remote, global team • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies • Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong ownership and accountability for service quality and deliverables • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production support environment • Excellent command of English; French is an asset
