📋 Description

• Administration of Windows Server. • Provide user support. • Ensure proper maintenance and care of hardware and software resources. • Manage and track support tickets. • Build desktop computers and set up networks. • Perform backups, equipment formatting, and installation of operating systems and software.

• Installation and configuration of servers, computers, networks, routers and UPS units at service locations. • Administration of Windows Server. • Knowledge of switches. • Perform backups, equipment formatting, and installation of operating systems and software. • Build desktop computers and set up networks. • Provide user support. • Ensure proper maintenance and care of hardware and software resources. • Provide on-site and remote support. • Manage support tickets, including opening, tracking and resolution. • Manage physical inventory of the company's IT assets. • Create purchase requests and manage invoices, and handle procurement for the entire technology department. • Control, manage and configure corporate phones and iPads (Apple).
