• Planning and leading consulting projects • Developing new solution concepts for customers • Advising IT organizations on Contact Center, Voice, Cloud and chatbots • Supporting customer projects from conception through to implementation
• Successfully completed degree (or comparable qualification) • Professional experience in consulting and project management • Expert knowledge in Voice and Contact Center technologies as well as software development and cloud topics • Ability to explain complex subjects clearly • Confident, self-assured presence with customers and at management level • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
