📋 Description

• Answer participant questions via WhatsApp and email • Follow guidelines and document next steps • Support check-ins • Maintain treatment plans using clear templates • Handle administrative requests such as delivery status inquiries or address changes • Identify when a question requires medical clarification and escalate it according to established procedures • Support regular two-hour morning shifts on weekdays • Cover occasional weekend or late-evening shifts, depending on availability • Cover shifts during vacations or other absences by arrangement • Bring recurring questions and suggestions for improvement to the team • Improve responses and processes

🎯 Requirements

• You can work regularly for approximately two hours in the mornings on weekdays, preferably on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays • Additional availability on weekends or for occasional evening shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is a plus • For coverage purposes, it is helpful if you can also work longer day shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or afternoon shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. by arrangement • You have excellent written German skills and explain things clearly and courteously • You have experience in customer-facing roles or support • You remain organized when handling multiple open requests • You follow through on agreements, document carefully, and ask questions when anything is unclear • You handle health-related topics responsibly and understand the boundaries of your role • Previous medical experience is a major plus, for example in nursing, through an MFA/PTA qualification, or as part of a healthcare-related degree • Experience with digital patient care, GLP-1 therapies, or tools such as Superchat is also helpful
