📋 Description
• Handling customer inquiries • Sharing responsibility for updating the FAQs • Contributing ideas and implementing improvements to optimize Customer Service processes • Supporting the Marketing team as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Enrolled student working arrangement • Availability 5 days per week (4 weekdays plus Saturday), for 2 to 3 hours per day • Fluent English • Fluent French or Italian • Team player with an independent, structured, and responsible approach to work • Excellent spelling and written communication skills • Strong customer focus and a friendly manner
