📋 Description

• Make initial contact with potential customers at decision-maker level via email and phone • Qualify incoming inquiries, clarify requirements, and coordinate next steps with the Sales team • Build relationships with startups and SMEs for long-term partnerships and business development opportunities • Document contacts, activities, and next steps in the CRM and ensure high data quality • Create and update sales materials such as brief presentations, references, and proposal components • Work closely with the Sales Lead and receive direct coaching • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university • Available to work 15–20 hours per week • Confident using digital tools, ideally CRM systems and office applications • Willingness or interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency • Excellent spoken and written German • Good spoken and written English • Diligent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style • Ability to keep track of multiple projects and topics running in parallel • Enjoy engaging with people and building professional, reliable relationships • Please include a current certificate of enrollment and transcript of records with your application
