📋 Description

• Advise customers on and sell pet insurance products with the support of proprietary AI • Provide chat-based support to people who have already expressed interest in insurance, with no cold calling • Use and master HubSpot as a sales tool • Maintain customer relationships • Guide prospects and customers throughout the purchase process • Collaborate within a digital, animal-loving team

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity for animals and experience with them, e.g. through pet ownership, family, volunteering, or studies • Typing speed of at least 70 WPM • Reliability and flexibility • Available to start immediately • Willingness to work 20 hours per week, primarily on weekends • At least 1.5 years remaining in your degree program • Friendly, dependable, and a strong team spirit
