WattFox also connects qualified customer requests to selected providers, helping vendors acquire targeted leads and increase sales.

📋 Description

• First point of contact for prospective customers who contact products such as photovoltaics, heating systems, or real estate via comparison portals • Contact enquirers by phone or handle incoming calls • Conduct conversations using call scripts • Record and document project details • Forward inquiries to suitable specialist companies, for example solar installers • Use virtual phone systems and the CRM to manage incoming inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a university or college for at least two more semesters • Some experience in call centers, customer service, inbound support, client support, or customer care • Service-oriented demeanor and goal-oriented telephone communication • Enjoy interacting with customers • Confident use of common technical office tools • General digital affinity and quick ability to learn new tools • German language skills, spoken and written, at C1 level
