📋 Description
• Lead End-to-End Project Delivery of multiple global projects • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery • Coordinate and lead cross-functional Project Delivery Teams • Manage stakeholder communication and project status updates • Identify and mitigate project risks • Manage project budgets and vendor oversight • Maintain project documentation and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Prior experience managing technology projects in HR, Corporate, and Govt. Affairs domains • Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external vendors • Working knowledge of enterprise HR and enabling‑functions platforms • Strong capability in planning, tracking, and governing complex programs • Ability to distil complex initiatives into concise updates for leadership reviews • Multinational or cross-regional project experience
