📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of cloud specialist architects • Serve as the strategic interface with the Commercial Directorate • Ensure quality and timeliness of technical proposals • Present and defend solutions to clients with clarity and confidence • Deliver executive presentations and strategic reports • Participate in client meetings and committees • Build and maintain relationships with technology partners • Provide technical input for products and forecasts • Establish processes and ensure operational efficiency • Manage team performance, feedback, and professional development • Identify skills gaps and implement training initiatives • Support recruitment and team sizing • Promote a value-driven consultative approach • Define and monitor performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field • Postgraduate degree (preferred) • Fluent English and advanced Spanish • Strong experience in architecture (Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Data) • Experience leading technical teams • Strong business acumen • Resilient and dynamic mindset • Experience in strategic and operational management • Data-driven mindset • Focus on talent development and retention • AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Microsoft certifications (a plus) • Experience in consultancies, system integrators, or managed services (a plus) • Experience in pre-sales environments (a plus)
