📋 Description

• Support project planning and financial management • Track budgets and keep financial information up to date • Coordinate projects, communicate with stakeholders, and track progress • Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with required standards and processes • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks • Support audits, submissions, and ongoing process improvements • Support delivery of client medical communications projects from setup through completion

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a BPO, medical insurance, or a related organisation, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals • A degree • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Confidence in working with Microsoft Excel and managing data and tracking tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness • Strong sense of accountability and ownership • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Ability to work as part of a team and build productive working relationships across Inizio Medical • Ability to accommodate working a night shift with hours between 9pm–6am PHT
