📋 Description

• Process customer orders received via email • Respond to quotation enquiries • Collaborate with team members to escalate larger enquiries to the Quoting team • Provide accurate delivery time information to customers • Log and track customer complaints and queries in NetSuite • Address web enquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently • Create positive customer experiences and maintain customer relationships • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services and meet client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented approach • High attention to detail • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently • Ability to manage routine customer requests independently and recognize when escalation is required • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment • Willing and available to work UK business hours based on the agreed Philippine Time schedule • Experience in customer service, order processing, e-commerce, logistics, BPO/shared services, trade/construction/wholesale customer service is advantageous • Empathetic, patient, proactive, dependable, adaptable, positive, approachable, and collaborative
