📋 Description

• Development and implementation of a long-term esports strategy • Building, leading and developing esports teams, coaches and staff • Planning and managing tournaments, leagues, events and competitive formats • Responsibility for scouting, recruiting and supporting players • Developing professional training, performance and team structures • Collaboration with partners, sponsors, publishers and event organizers • Budget planning, resource management and performance monitoring • Analysis of market trends, target groups, competitors and new esports titles • Close coordination with marketing, content, community, partnerships and management • Ensuring a professional external presence of the esports brand

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in esports, gaming, sports management or entertainment • Leadership experience in teams, projects or organizations • Strong understanding of esports structures, tournament systems and team operations • Experience working with players, coaches, agencies, sponsors or publishers • Strategic thinking and strong operational execution skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • High affinity for gaming, digital culture and community building • Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style • Very good German and English skills
