📋 Description
• Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices to clients. • Collections: Manage delinquency through collection activities, negotiations, and monitoring of due dates. • Accounts Payable: Process payments to suppliers, payroll, benefits, and taxes. • Financial Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure correct accounting of financial transactions. • Financial Controls: Keep contract controls up to date and prepare financial reports.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with accounts receivable and collections routines. • Experience with accounts payable routines. • Experience with tax invoices (Notas Fiscais) and billing. • Experience with the Omie system is a plus. • Experience with Pipedrive CRM is a plus. • Experience with the DEPS platform is a plus. • Completed bachelor's degree.
