📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience • Communicate with candidates, provide timely feedback, prepare interviewers, and structure interviews effectively • Create and support the talent acquisition strategy • Build relationships with hiring managers and develop and execute sourcing and recruiting plans • Identify position requirements and sourcing strategies with hiring managers • Coach and lead hiring managers on recruitment best practices • Coordinate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate statuses • Identify effective sourcing channels for different positions and skillsets • Conduct screening interviews and validate skillset, organizational/position/cultural fit, and language • Prepare shortlists for hiring managers • Serve as the candidate point of contact throughout the recruitment process • Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts • Manage pre-employment processes, including background verification and references • Support employer branding initiatives • Establish a social media strategy to promote open positions • Proactively source talent using appropriate platforms • Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics • Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives • Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts • Work with the HR Business Partner to support a smooth transition into onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or another relevant field of study • 5–7 years’ experience recruiting in-company • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to develop creative recruiting strategies and approaches for identifying exceptional talent • High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Good knowledge of good clinical practices • Knowledge of applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines • Must be legally authorized to work in Germany
