📋 Description

• Take the lead on the first three accounts and manage the processes autonomously • Conduct placements independently • Generate €120,000 in revenue by the end of the probationary period • Develop two new projects/clients from your own network through account management • Achieve at least €250,000 in annual revenue by month 12 • Source passive talent using automation tools and technical platforms • Collaborate and negotiate with Practice Leads and C-level executives • Fill tech positions with high quality and long-term fit

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a high-performance headhunter / tech recruiter • Proficiency with LinkedIn Automation or Clay • Experience using GitHub and/or Stack Overflow for sourcing • Ability to identify passive talent • Communicate as an equal with Practice Leads and C-level executives • Demonstrate extreme ownership and the ability to successfully fill challenging roles • Independently manage recruiting processes and account management
