📋 Description

• Implement systems for clients, including installation, configuration, and testing • Conduct training and refresher sessions on system usage • Test implementation modules and features before release and deployment • Manage documentation resulting from implementations • Provide technical support by phone, email, chat, and corporate WhatsApp • Prioritize support requests according to urgency criteria • Open and track support tickets, documenting system requests, defects, and recurring issues • Handle complex incidents and escalate them to other teams when necessary • Provide technical support to partner resellers • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests and conduct training sessions • Support the Sales team with the technical analysis of public tenders • Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) projects, validating tender requirements against system functionality • Identify opportunities to improve implementation and support processes • Visit clients to monitor their engagement and satisfaction • Participate in on-call rotations in emergency situations

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Linux • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues while ensuring customer satisfaction • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Three years of experience in technical support and customer service • Willingness and availability to travel • Undergraduate degree or technical qualification
