📋 Description

• Provide holistic advice and support to people following an accident or serious illness • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans • Support clients throughout all phases of medical, vocational, and social rehabilitation • Advise on care arrangements and social law matters • Prepare well-founded assessments and informative reports • Assess care needs • Develop individualized solutions aimed at enabling independence and participation in society

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree, e.g., in social work, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a comparable field • Experience in medical rehabilitation, e.g., orthopedics, trauma surgery, or neurology • Sound knowledge of social insurance law and regional healthcare and support structures • Confident manner, empathy, and excellent communication skills • Very good knowledge of MS Office and confidence using digital applications • Category B driver's license and willingness to travel
