📋 Description

• Create new catalogue entries and ASINs across EU marketplaces using flat files and the Add Products tool • Update titles and listing content, including resolving rejected changes through contribution conflicts, Brand Registry paths, and catalog team escalations • Build, fix, and maintain parent-child variation listings, including variation themes, merges, splits, and category corrections • Consolidate reviews across variation families in accordance with Amazon’s variation policy • Audit ASINs against FBA size and pricing tiers • Identify incorrect dimensions, request re-measurements, and file fee reimbursement claims for overcharges • Flag pricing errors and other issues proactively • Reinstate suppressed, flagged, or deactivated listings • Open, manage, escalate, and follow up on Seller Support and Seller Performance cases • Monitor Account Health, policy compliance, IP complaints, listing quality alerts, and EU compliance requirements • Work independently from a prioritized task queue and close the loop without being chased • QA flat files before upload, review processing reports, and verify changes live on storefronts across affected marketplaces • Provide concise async updates on completed, blocked, and upcoming work • Estimate task durations and compare estimates with actual completion times

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Amazon Seller Central expertise managing complex catalogs across multiple EU marketplaces • Proven catalog management experience with variations, flat files, ASIN merges, and listing reinstatements • Ability to distinguish partial updates from full updates and interpret processing-report error codes • Expertise navigating Amazon Support, opening and escalating Seller Support / Seller Performance cases • Experience with supplements or restricted product categories is a strong plus • Comfortable working across EU Amazon marketplaces (DE, IT, FR, ES, SE, NL) • Proactive and detail-oriented • Strong written communication skills • Proficiency in English • German is a plus but not required • Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content management, and IP complaint resolution is a bonus • Familiarity with EU supplement/food labeling regulations, health claims, GPSR, and Amazon compliance is a bonus • Experience with FBA fee reimbursement claims is a bonus • Must start application with “UPTIME” and answer the five specified application questions • Must provide weekly availability, working hours/time zone, and hourly rate • Shortlisted candidates must complete a paid test task before the final interview
