📋 Description

• Provide holistic advice and support to people following an accident or serious illness • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans • Support clients throughout all phases of medical, occupational, and social rehabilitation • Advise on care arrangements and social law matters • Prepare well-founded assessments and comprehensive reports • Assess care needs • Develop individualized solutions to promote independence and social participation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree, for example in social work, physical or occupational therapy, or a comparable field • Experience in medical rehabilitation, such as orthopedics, trauma surgery, or neurology • In-depth knowledge of social insurance law and regional care structures • Confident manner, empathy, and strong communication skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and confidence using digital applications • Category B driving license and willingness to travel
