📋 Description

• Turn founder ideas into structured, finished outcomes • Keep specialist teams and contractors accountable and drive project momentum independently • Identify manual bottlenecks and build reusable prompt systems • Automate data extraction and cleaning and streamline batch file processing using ChatGPT and Claude • Provide first-line operational support to internal team members and clear roadblocks • Convert administrative tasks such as Google Drive file organization, contract tracking, and record retrieval into repeatable SOPs • Draft, manage, and respond to high-priority correspondence and follow-ups on the founder’s behalf • Oversee LinkedIn distribution by transforming founder insights, transcripts, and media into polished posts with visual assets

🎯 Requirements

• Based in the Philippines or Malaysia • C1 Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) required • Advanced, hands-on experience with ChatGPT and Claude for complex data extraction, prompt engineering, data cleaning, and file parsing • Ability to work independently from loose directives and build structured, executable plans • Meticulous attention to detail for verifying AI outputs before deployment • Full-time commitment with 100% dedicated focus to this single business • Shareable Loom video in English, 30–90 seconds, with face and video clearly visible; publicly accessible without login • Internet speed test screenshot from Fast.com • Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or similar workflow platforms preferred • Background supporting US/Australian digital media, broadcast, or marketing agencies preferred • Experience working across AU/US/APAC cross-border time zones preferred
