📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they hit KPIs and achieve recruitment goals • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for timely, high-quality delivery to third-party clients • Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored, consultative recruitment solutions • Monitor team output, provide constructive feedback, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement • Stay updated on global industry trends to refine sourcing and headhunting strategies • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and allocate resources effectively to high-priority roles • Foster a high-performance culture and drive the team toward targets

🎯 Requirements

• C1 English level required • Must speak strictly in English during the entire shift • Resume and audio recording must be submitted in English • Solid experience in a leadership or senior recruitment role, preferably within a headhunting or agency setting • Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and modern headhunting techniques • Excellent communication skills for managing internal team dynamics and external client relationships • Ability to analyze team performance and pivot strategies to solve complex hiring challenges • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing technologies • Advanced experience navigating and auditing Applicant Tracking Systems • Expert-level proficiency in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive) • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized global job boards • Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition • Single-job commitment; second jobs are not permitted • Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines • Must provide a publicly accessible 30–90 second English audio or video recording • Must upload a screenshot of an internet speed test result
