📋 Description

• Manage the entire hiring funnel from candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to placement and offer negotiation • Proactively source, engage, and evaluate PH talent for U.S.-based healthcare placements, specializing in Medical Virtual Assistants, medical billers, and clinical administrative roles • Manage multiple open requisitions concurrently while maintaining high standards and meeting aggressive fulfillment timelines • Conduct English proficiency, technical, and soft-skill evaluations for candidates serving U.S. outpatient practices • Track, update, and manage applicant flow daily within Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools • Keep team leadership updated on pipeline health

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (PH) • Native or fluent English skills (written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills to interact seamlessly with U.S. clients and talent • Proven track record recruiting for U.S.-based healthcare practices or healthcare staffing agencies • Direct experience sourcing and placing Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs) or clinical remote personnel • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with a proven ability to deliver qualified candidates under short turnarounds • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PST
