📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop recruitment strategies • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and LinkedIn • Screen resumes and conduct video interviews • Coordinate interviews and collect feedback • Manage the full hiring cycle using ATS and CRM • Administer assessments • Support the Head of Recruitment as needed • Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency • Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations • Recruit talent for enterprise software and professional services teams, especially sales, marketing, and accounting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industries preferred • Proven success recruiting for sales, accounting, development, and customer-facing roles • Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as Indeed • Ability and willingness to use LinkedIn as a recruiting tool • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment • Must have own equipment • Must include a link to a 2–3 minute introduction video • Experience using ATS and CRM for recruitment • Familiarity with Monitask time tracker • Ability to work night shift on Pacific Standard Time • Must be available for 40 hours per week
