📋 Description

• Build, update, and maintain complex multi-site shift rosters and master schedules aligned with client demand forecasts • Respond to shift cancellations, unexpected absences, and urgent replenishment requests by mobilizing backfills • Communicate by phone and email with client hiring contacts, site managers, and a culturally diverse frontline workforce • Coordinate full-cycle documentation for placements, verifying right-to-work status, industry licenses, medical clearances, and mandatory site inductions • Maintain structured tracking systems, roster databases, and master Excel workbooks with accurate personnel and operational records • Remain accessible during designated operational windows to troubleshoot scheduling emergencies, client escalations, and schedule adjustments • Report to recruitment delivery leadership and support AU/NZ client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Prior administrative, coordination, or operational experience within a labor-hire agency, high-volume recruitment firm, or dynamic workforce solutions environment • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel (lookups, formulas, data validation, pivot reporting) and recruitment/scheduling database platforms • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills • Proven track record of managing competing priorities, high inbound call volumes, and real-time scheduling crises • Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with AU operating hours and public holidays, including standby availability for urgent coverage needs • Dependable, distraction-free home office setup with high-speed, stable internet and backup power solutions • Direct experience handling blue-collar, aviation, logistics, retail, or hospitality labor-hire accounts across Australia and New Zealand (preferred) • Familiarity with AU Fair Work standards, enterprise award interpretations, and mandatory labor-hire compliance workflows (preferred) • Hands-on experience with modern workforce management platforms, automated rostering tools, or specialized agency applicant tracking systems (ATS) (preferred) • Calm, proactive mindset under pressure • Rigorous attention to detail • Self-discipline and accountability in an independent remote contractor structure • Strong cross-cultural emotional intelligence
