📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned corporate and professional roles in the Philippines, with support for other markets as needed • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define success criteria, and agree on interview criteria and timelines • Build sourcing plans and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and professional communities • Write personalized outreach and maintain relationships with promising candidates • Conduct structured phone and video screens, assess candidates, and recommend next steps • Keep interviews and assessments moving, follow up on feedback, and address delays • Maintain candidate records and next steps in Greenhouse and report on pipeline health, sourcing results, and blockers • Use recruiting data and hiring-manager feedback to adjust searches • Guide candidates through the process, including offer discussions and closing • Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive recruiting work while reviewing outputs and applying judgment • Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and hiring managers to improve workflows and support transition from accepted offer to onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including corporate or professional hiring in the Philippines • Independent ownership of searches for varied business functions • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, direct outreach, and other relevant channels • Understanding of the Philippine talent market • Clear written and spoken English • Ability to partner across locations and time zones • Ability to manage several openings, prioritize time-sensitive work, and follow through on next steps • Ability to assess candidates against role requirements, explain recommendations, and adapt based on feedback • Experience maintaining accurate pipelines in an ATS • Greenhouse and Google Workspace experience preferred • Comfort learning AI and automation tools, reviewing outputs, and using them to create more time for sourcing and candidate conversations • Availability to work a schedule overlapping with the US team • Working laptop/PC, internet, and backup connection required • Currently authorized to work in the Philippines and must maintain authorization throughout employment • Pre-employment screening required
