📋 Description

• Source and post job vacancies through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels • Review resumes and screen applicants based on job requirements • Conduct background checks and verify candidate information • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Prepare and send employment contracts and job offers • Monitor signed contracts and pre-employment requirements • Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and recruitment documents • Monitor employee attendance records and remind teams about performance evaluations and deadlines • Track employee disciplinary cases and prepare memos and notices • Assist with administrative meetings and respond to employee inquiries • Coordinate with HR teams, hiring managers, PESO offices, recruitment agencies, and event organizers • Organize and attend job fairs and assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities • Assist with onboarding documentation and other HR administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Internship experience in recruitment or HR administration is an advantage • Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
