📋 Description

• Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback • Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure positions are filled within the desired timeline • Assist with onboarding processes for new consultants in the Philippines • Assist in monitoring the active engagement of consultants in the Philippines • Recommend and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for commercial real estate roles • Manage sourcing efforts across LinkedIn and other job boards • Review and recommend improvements to candidate screening and selection processes • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans • Review and analyze recruiting metrics • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership • Identify tools and trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency • Report directly to the Senior Managing Director

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in admin and recruitment • Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality • Must possess strong work ethic • Must be a team player • Must be based in the Philippines • Ability to work during U.S. Pacific business hours / graveyard shift in the Philippines • At least 10 years of experience in workforce management and/or productivity tracking, as well as recruitment • People management experience • Current managerial position or higher-level role
