• Develop our client base in the USA and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities. • Build relationships with prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, and social media. • Personalize outreach and content to each prospect. We aim to build genuine human connections so prospects feel valued; attention to detail about them is essential. • Qualify leads and pass sales-ready opportunities to an account executive for closing. • Understand client needs and requirements, and collaborate with your team to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in Insider One’s products across targeted industries and segments. • Most importantly, you will learn — a lot. Participate in extensive training sessions and learn continuously from team members and leaders who are top-tier sales professionals.
• Experience or strong exposure to the e-commerce space. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Advanced proficiency in English. • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo. • Strong phone presence with experience making dozens of outbound calls per day. • Creativity in market research, identifying key players, and generating leads. • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strong skills in identifying problems and resolving objections. • Preferably, experience in digital marketing or a customer-facing role related to digital channels.
