📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end lease sourcing engagements, including Lease vs. Buy analysis, RFP development, lessor management, and deal execution support • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned lessee clients and provide program management and strategic consultation • Develop and deliver Lease vs. Buy models, RFPs, and Proposal Analysis Ranking Reports (PARs) • Manage the Global Lessor Network portal, including lessor recruitment, registration, onboarding, training, and database accuracy • Educate lessors and client teams on PLM capabilities, best practices, and transaction workflows • Coordinate multiregional lease document collection, contract review, translation workflows, and transaction classification • Monitor lease sourcing pipelines and transaction progress; provide forecasting updates and identify additional revenue opportunities • Partner with lessors and clients during RFP submission, bid analysis, and award phases • Maintain RFP templates, sourcing checklists, and reference materials • Provide 24-hour coverage support for international clients and lessors across multiple time zones • Understand clients' lease management processes, controls, policies, and procedures and recommend migrations to industry best practices • Consult with clients on lease sourcing and portfolio management to protect their interests and optimize outcomes • Support quarterly client business reviews by presenting sourcing metrics, deal pipeline, and strategic recommendations • Maintain relationships with global lease brokers, captive finance companies, and independent lessors to build and manage the Global Lessor Network

• Background checks are required for employment with insightsoftware, where permitted by country, state/province • Ability to provide 24-hour coverage support for international clients and lessors across multiple time zones • Ability to interact with and educate client personnel across all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to end users • Ability to manage multiregional lease document collection, review contract terms across jurisdictions, manage translation workflows, and classify transactions in PLM • Ability to provide phone and email support and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and escalations
