📋 Description
• Lead the planning and execution of large sized engineering programs in the Ads domain • Work closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists • Own communication with stakeholders ensuring alignment and awareness • Foster a culture of teamwork and drive efficiency within the program team • Contribute broadly to organization-wide initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of work experience post-graduation in a technology field • Previous experience in managing complex multi-org programs • Demonstrated ability to create functional specs and influence program strategy • Strong communicator able to distill information for stakeholders • Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity • Bachelor's degree in a technology / engineering discipline
