📋 Description

• Execute payment runs (AP payments, payroll payments, travel expense reimbursements) via bank portals and ERP • Approve and review payment orders in accordance with the internal four-eyes principle • Process monthly payroll runs in close coordination with HR and the external payroll provider • Post payroll journal entries in NetSuite • Manage and monitor corporate credit cards and travel expense reports (Navan) • Reconcile bank accounts with the ERP (NetSuite) on a daily basis • Process and resolve outstanding items from bank reconciliations • Post and allocate bank transactions, including FX transactions • Maintain master data for bank accounts and payees • Help design and establish new banking processes • Support system changes and implementations in the banking area • Document processes and work instructions • Act as the point of contact for bank inquiries and account documentation • Communicate with banks regarding questions, clarifications, or technical issues • Support monthly cash reporting and liquidity overviews

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a bank clerk, tax clerk, accountant, or a comparable commercial qualification • At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a focus on payment processing, bank accounting, or financial accounting • Confident using bank portals (e.g., EBICS and online banking platforms) and ERP systems • Experience with payroll processing or payroll postings is an advantage • Knowledge of posting foreign currency transactions is desirable • Demonstrated experience helping design or establish financial processes • Highly reliable and detail-oriented • Process-oriented mindset • Initiative and a strong desire to shape and improve processes • Discretion when handling confidential information • Strong communication skills for coordinating with HR, AP, and external banks • Excellent German language skills are essential • English language skills (at least B1 level) for working in an international environment
