• You independently design your sales process — from the initial idea to the signed contract. • You generate leads proactively, including through social selling, market monitoring and targeted outreach, rather than waiting for warm inbound leads. • You develop industry understanding and discover what our customers truly need. • You qualify and develop your opportunities with analytical insight and genuine sales talent. • You guide decision-makers through demos and proofs of concept all the way to closing. • You bring structure and strategy to your pipeline — including revenue, volume and profitability planning. • You stay engaged after the sale: relationship building is not a buzzword for you, but a guiding principle.
• At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales of enterprise SaaS with deal sizes of €100–250k ACV. • You are strong in complex, consultative sales processes with long decision cycles — you know how to build trust, bring stakeholders on board, and drive deals to close. • Proven track record of sales success in consultative processes with long decision cycles. • You speak finance fluently — you have a deep understanding of financial processes, for example through selling ERP, controlling, or accounting systems. • When presenting to C‑level, you don't just pitch — you persuade. With presence, clarity and authority. • You are 100% hands-on with a strong hunter mentality and a high level of self-motivation. • You do more than talk — you listen, understand and connect, because you have a genuine interest in people. • Your sales numbers speak for themselves, with verifiable performance, overachieved quotas and a CV not marked by short tenures. • You are fluent in German and English. • Additionally, we are excited if you bring sales experience in mobility or manufacturing, are familiar with the subscription economy and/or have worked with hybrid pricing models.
